2. DIRECT DEPOSIT

Use this to deposit a payment directly into Alpine Real Estate Ltd account:

Take your cash or a cheque into any branch of Lloyds TSB Bank (it does not have to be any Birmingham Branch).
Using Alpine Real Estate account details below, ask a cashier to deposit your payment into our account.
Make sure you ask the cashier to use your name as a REFERENCE
Please email Alpine Real Estate Ltd on accounts@alpinerealestate.co.uk to inform us of the date and amount you have deposited.

3. STANDING ORDERS

Use standing orders for regular payments only, not 'one off' amounts.

Pay regular rent by standing order.
This is not the same as a direct debit - Alpine Real Estate Ltd cannot "take" money from your account. Payments are regulated by your bank, according to your instructions.
Alpine Real Estate Ltd will normally ask you to sign a standing order mandate at the time of signing the contract. Alpine Real Estate Ltd will then present this to your bank on your behalf after taking a copy. Should anything go wrong with the standing order we are then able to provide you with a copy for you to show your bank.
Occasionally Alpine Real Estate Ltd will ask you to set up your own standing order. To do this:
- Ask Alpine Real Estate Ltd to provide you with details of rent amounts and dates due.
- Download the standing form from Downloads section
- Fill in this form and take to your bank

4. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS

You can come to the office and make a Payment or call us on 0121-2001170 to pay over the phone.

Credit Cards charged at 2.99%

5. BANK TRANSFER

Use this to make a direct transfer from your bank account to Alpine Real Estate Ltd Bank account.

Go into your bank, telephone or use internet banking to make a transfer into Alpine Real Estate Ltd account using the account details below.
Make sure you use your name as a REFERENCE
Please email Alpine Real Estate Ltd on accounts@alpinerealestate.co.uk to inform us of the date and amount you have transferred.

Insist your bank includes your reference!
Some banks do not include a reference - just email us the same day describing the amount and date of your payment.
